Password and Credential Security

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are typically completed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
- Before any withdrawal can be processed, the player must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid National ID Card (NID) or passport. Address verification may also be required for accounts with a cumulative withdrawal history above ৳100,000.
- gg111 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or ongoing account review. In such cases, the player will be notified and requested to provide supporting documentation.
- Bonus funds credited to an account must have their associated wagering requirements fully satisfied before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be included in a withdrawal request.
5. Bonuses and Promotions

- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Bonuses may not be exchanged, sold, or transferred to another player account under any circumstances.
gg111 may discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. The discontinuation of a promotion does not affect bonus funds or wagering requirements already active in a player's account at the time of discontinuation.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
Players may place bets and wagers on any game or sports market available on gg111 subject to the specific rules and limits applicable to that game or market. All bets are final once confirmed. gg111 does not accept bet cancellation requests after a wager has been placed and confirmed, except where a manifest error has occurred on the part of gg111.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Void Bets and Errors
